Our office is currently closed to walk-in appointments and only essential client meetings are being held in person. We are following CDC guidelines regarding safe practices in order to best protect our clients and staff. Meetings may be conducted via phone or Zoom Video Conferencing, which can easily be accessed through computer or smart phone. If you would like more information regarding how to get this established, please call the office at (515) 244-4300 or e-mail the individual attorney you are looking to contact. Each attorney's respective e-mail address can be found by clicking the "Our Attorneys" tab on the top of this page. Once on the Attorneys page, you can click the "Contact" link. If your account is owing and you need to make a payment on your account, please call the office to pay via credit-card, click the "Make Payment" button on the top of the page, or mail a check to the office.
In an ongoing effort to continue to best serve our clients, the following protocol will be implemented, as recommended by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the Iowa Supreme Court:
1) We ask that clients not arrive early or stay late for appointments.
2) The waiting room will be unavailable until further notice - clients and any guests they have with them will need to wait outside the office during a client’s in-person appointment.
3) When scheduling by phone, staff will discuss expectations of cancellation if anyone is exhibiting symptoms of any illness.
4) If you have traveled anywhere within the last 14 days or have been in contact with anyone who has traveled in the last 14 days, please let us know prior to beginning any in-person meeting.
As a client of Babich Goldman, PC you are valued as people first and we are committed to ensuring your safety, the health of our invaluable staff, and the welfare of our families and the families we serve. The Iowa Supreme Court has put into effect a variety of measures that will affect case processing times. These are regrettable. However, we ask that you are understanding of necessary delays, and know that we are continuing to advocate on behalf of you and/or your family.
